Ingredients:
For Filling
1 - Can Corned Beef
1/2 - Medium Onion
1 - Potato
1/2 - Medium Red Onion
2 - Spring Onions

For Pie Crust
4cups - All Purpose Flour
1tsp - Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
1cup - Margarine
5tbsp - Evaporated Milk
5-8tbsp - Cold Water

Bake @ 350*F for 20-30 Minutes
