FAQ:

● I forgot to include the Uppbeat Credit, what should I do?

You can still add the Uppbeat Credit to your video's description after it's been published. If you've already received a copyright claim for the video, please ensure the correct Uppbeat credit is added to your description, then dispute the claim through your YouTube account and it should automatically clear, usually within 30 minutes.

● Can I download a track and use it in more than one video?

If you have a free account, you'll need to hit the download button each time you use a track in a separate video. This is so you can generate a unique Uppbeat Credit, which you’ll need to clear any copyright claims for your new video. If you have Uppbeat Premium and have whitelisted your YouTube channel then you can download a track once and use it in multiple videos.

● Will claims get released on private or scheduled videos?

On YouTube, our system can identify and clear claims on videos that are either Public or Unlisted. If your video is Private or Scheduled, you will receive a copyright claim but, as long as you've included your Uppbeat Credit or whitelisted your channel with Uppbeat Premium, it should get cleared quickly when the video is made either Public or Unlisted, usually within 15 minutes.

● Where can I find my previous Uppbeat Credits?

You can find the Uppbeat Credits for your previous downloads by heading to My Account and checking your Download History.

● I'm still receiving copyright claims, help!

If you've correctly included the Uppbeat Credit in your video's description before publishing, any copyright claims should automatically clear, usually within 15 minutes. If you find that they're still coming through after an hour, please dispute the claims through your YouTube account. If that doesn't help, please email support@uppbeat.io to let us know and include your video URL, the title and artist of the track, and your Uppbeat Credit (if applicable).
